Forward, you will be able to see your Usage, Billing,
and Payment History. Please note that historical
information will not be available prior to the May 2013
ALL CUSTOMERS MUST CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT TO BE REGISTERED
IN OUR NEW BILLING SOFTWARE.
ALSO, if you were previously signed up for Recurring
Credit Card payments, you will need to set it up again.
For security reasons, that information was not
transfered to the new portal.
Do you want to set up recurring
payments or receive eBills? Once you have created your
account, click on “Change”
beside Account Payment Status and select the Payment
Type and enter your banking information. Or,
“Change” beside Billing Delivery and select
“Receive Electronic Bill”
