As part of this upgrade, all customers who are currently enrolled in Auto Pay with a credit or debit card will be required to re-enroll once the new system is in place. If you are enrolled with ACH, no action is needed. Our portal will begin updating Friday, 2/27/2026. You will be unable to enroll in AutoPay with a credit or debit card until the update is complete Monday, 3/2/2026. We will update the portal once you can begin enrolling on Monday, 3/2/2026.

Do you want to receive
eBills? Once logged in, select “I want to change my communication preferences” under
User Profile, and select "edit" under Correspondence. You
may elect to receive one or both the paper statements AND eBills.
Keep your contact information current and
save SiEnergy to your email contact list to help receive notifications from
SiEnergy.
Do you want to set up automatic payments? Once logged in, select “I want to Set Up AutoPay", and select “Payment Type” and enter your card or banking information. Recurring ACH draft payment services have no processing fees. All returned checks and draft payments are subject to a $35.00 fee.
All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee and all online check payments are subject to a $1.00 convenience fee.
When making an online payment, please do not "refresh" or leave the page while the payment is being processed.
